Inviting new users via link or QR code

To speed up the onboarding process, you can actively invite users instead of waiting for their requests.

1. In "User Management" → "Invitation Tools".

2. Select whether you are generating an invitation for a Student or a Teacher.

3. The system generates a unique QR Code and a sharable Link specifically linked to your school.

4. Share the code/link with the intended recipient. When they register or log in using this link, their join request is pre-filled for your school.
