Creating and naming new classes (e.g., 9A, 11B)

Classes are the primary groups for students. You must set up all your school's existing classes here.

  1. In the Admin Panel, go to "Academic Management""Classes".

  2. Click "Add New Class".

  3. Enter the Class Name (e.g., "7-B", "Grade 10").

  4. Enter the Academic Year this class belongs to.

  5. You can optionally assign a Class Teacher at this stage, or later.

  6. Click Save. Students can now send join requests to this class.
