Having trouble logging into your mTalim account? Here are some of the most frequent issues users face — and how to solve them.
1. π Forgotten Password
Issue: You can’t remember your password.
Solution:

Tap "Forgot Password?" on the login screen.

Enter your email and follow the link sent to your inbox to reset your password.
2. π§ Email Not Verified
Issue: You signed up but can’t log in.
Solution:

Check your email inbox and spam folder for the verification email.

Click the link inside to verify your email before trying to log in.

Didn’t receive it? Tap "Resend verification email" on the login screen.
3. β Incorrect Email or Password
Issue: “Invalid email or password” error.
Solution:

Double-check for typos, especially uppercase letters or extra spaces.

Make sure you’re using the correct email used during sign-up.

If needed, reset your password.
4. π± Trying to Log in Before Email Verification (App)
Issue: App won’t let you in after sign-up.

Open the verification email sent after sign-up.

Click the verification link, then try logging in again.
5. π Account Not Found
Issue: You get a message like "User does not exist".

If you’re trying to use a school email, ensure the school has added you to the platform.

Issue: Trying to log in with Google or Facebook.

Google login is supported. You can tap “Continue with Google” on the login screen to sign in quickly using your Google account.

Facebook login is not supported at the moment. Please use either your email/password or Google login.
