Troubleshooting join errors

Having trouble joining? Try these solutions:

• "School not found": Double-check the School ID. It must be exact. Ask your admin for the correct ID.

• "Request Failed": Check your internet connection. If the issue persists, the school might have disabled new requests.

• "Already Member": You are likely already part of this school. Check your school list at the top of the dashboard.
