Thank you for using mTalim. We strive to provide high-quality services to our users. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, please review our refund and cancellation policy outlined below.

1. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are available if you are not satisfied with our services. If you contact us to request a refund, your application will be reviewed. Refunds will only be issued within a certain period of time and will be credited to your financial account.

  • Requesting a Refund: If you are eligible for a refund, you must submit a request after the transaction date. Your refund request will be processed after review.

  • Conditions for Refund: Refunds will only be made for the paid amount. The amount of any activated promo codes, bonuses, discounts, or services provided for certain actions cannot be refunded. Refunds may only be issued under the following conditions:

    • The service was not provided as described.
    • You were charged incorrectly, or there was an error in processing the payment.
    • You have not accessed or used the service after the purchase.
  • Non-Refundable Charges: Activated promo code amounts, bonuses, discounts, or services provided for specific actions will not be refunded. Only the paid amount will be refunded.

  • Post-Closed Service Period: Once the period of using our service has closed, funds cannot be refunded. Refunds are only available if you have an active subscription and are dissatisfied with our service and wish to cancel.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription to any paid service at any time. If you cancel a subscription before the next billing cycle, you will not be charged for the upcoming period. Please note that any fees already paid will not be refunded unless specified otherwise in the service terms.

  • Cancellation Process: To cancel a subscription, please log into your account, go to the subscription management section, and follow the instructions to cancel.

  • Non-Refundable Charges: Certain charges may be non-refundable, including setup fees, administrative charges, or payments made for specific services already provided.

3. Role of mTalim System

  • Schools, Teachers, and Students Agreement: Schools, teachers, and students are responsible for agreeing with each other regarding any financial transactions. mTalim only provides services to facilitate and simplify their activities. The system does not participate in or take responsibility for any financial deals between schools, teachers, students, and guardians.

4. Exceptions

Refunds and cancellations are not available in the following cases:

  • Services that have been fully rendered, used, or consumed.
  • Subscription charges for services that have been used or partially used during the billing cycle.
  • Any issues arising from third-party services or payments processed outside of our platform.
