Timetable
Viewing your timetable
To stay organized and never miss a class, students can easily access and view their weekly timetable from within the mTalim platform. Here's how:
-
Open the School Page
-
From the Student Panel, go to the School section.
-
Make sure you’ve already joined a school. If you are part of more than one school, select the school you want to view the timetable for.
-
-
Navigate to the Menu Tab
-
Inside the school page, click on the Menu tab located at the bottom or top of the screen (depending on your device).
-
From the menu options, tap on "Timetable" to open the full schedule.
-
-
Understanding the Timetable Layout
-
Your weekly lessons will be shown in a clear and organized table sorted by days of the week and time slots.
-
Each time slot displays the subject name, lesson title, and its status (online or offline).
-
-
Online vs. Offline Lesson Indicators
-
Online lessons will include a button or link to directly join the session through platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.
-
Offline lessons will show detailed information about the classroom or room number where the lesson will be held.
-
-
Real-Time Notifications and Reminders
-
To help you stay on track, mTalim will automatically send a notification reminder shortly before each scheduled lesson begins.
-
These reminders ensure that you don’t miss any class, whether it's online or held physically at the school.
-
-
Weekly Updates and Adjustments
-
Timetables are usually managed by the School Admin or assigned teachers, and any updates (such as schedule changes, room swaps, or cancellations) will be automatically reflected.
-
Always check your timetable regularly for the most up-to-date information.
-
-
Multiple Subjects and Easy Navigation
-
If you're taking multiple subjects, your timetable will group them visually, making it easier to follow the flow of lessons each day.
-
The design ensures a clean, mobile-friendly layout for fast reference, even during busy school days.
-
By using this timetable feature, students can easily manage their time, plan their study sessions, and attend both online and offline lessons without confusion.
